  • Reservation is confirmed by paying an advance of 30% of the total price of accommodation within 2 days of making the reservation.

  • If the advance is not paid after the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled.

  • By paying the advance as outlined in the offer within the specified timeframe, the reservation is confirmed.

  • The remaining balance of the accommodation price must be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival and check-in.

  • If the guest refuses to pay the remaining balance upon arrival, the owner has the right to deny the guest’s stay without refunding the advance payment.

  • Upon arrival, the guest must provide the owner with the personal documents of all guests staying in the accommodation unit for registration in the e-visitor system, along with payment of the remaining balance of the accommodation price.

  • If a confirmed reservation is cancelled at any time after the advance payment has been made, the advance payment will be considered a cancellation fee to the lessor and will not be refunded.

  • The accommodation unit is available on the day of arrival from 14:00 to 00:00 and must be vacated on the day of departure no later than 10:00.

  • Prior to arrival, guests will be informed about when the accommodation unit will be ready on the day of arrival, in case an earlier check-in is possible.

  • It is not recommended to arrive at the house before the scheduled check-in time.

  • If the guest does not check out by the specified time, the host reserves the right to charge the guest for an additional day without allowing them to stay longer

  • Check-out is possible from 00:00 to 10:00.

  • If a guest wishes to check out earlier, they must coordinate with the owner for inspection of the accommodation unit.

  • Guests must inform the owner of their planned departure time the day before leaving.

  • During your stay, please refrain from making noise in the apartment, on the staircase, or in the surrounding area to ensure the peace and order for other guests in the house.

  • Parents must ensure that their children in the apartment do not jump, run around, slam doors, shout, or create any other disturbances that may disrupt the stay of other guests in the house.

  • If guests continue to disregard the owner’s request for peace and quiet, the owner reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the premises without a refund for any unused portion of their stay.

  • Air conditioning must be turned off when there is no one in the apartment, and every time you leave the apartment, for security reasons.

  • Any relocation or rearranging of furniture in the accommodation unit is strictly prohibited.

  • Each accommodation unit comes equipped with bed linens for the beds, as well as one large and one small towel per person.

  • In the kitchen, there is a single dose of dishwashing detergent, and in the bathroom, a dose of hand soap and two rolls of toilet paper.

  • Any additional items needed during the stay must be provided by the guests themselves.

  • Towel changes are possible upon the guest’s request every 4 days, and for stays longer than 7 days, a change of bed linens in the apartment is possible with prior agreement from the guest.

  • Only guests registered in a specific accommodation unit are allowed to stay in that unit.

  • Visits to the units of guests in other accommodations, as well as visits by other individuals to the units or the surrounding area of the house, are strictly prohibited.

  • Guests of the house must leave the accommodation unit in the same condition they found it upon arrival.

  • If the accommodation unit is left extremely messy, the owner has the right to charge a €50 fee for additional cleaning.

  • Guests must report any damage caused in the accommodation unit to the owner and compensate for it, based on the owner’s assessment.

  • Guests staying in the accommodation units must follow the owner’s instructions, especially when it comes to weather conditions.

  • If guests fail to comply with the owner’s instructions and damage occurs as a result, they are responsible for covering the costs themselves.

  • In the event of any non-compliance with the house rules, the owner may, after issuing a warning, ask the guest to leave the accommodation unit immediately.

  • The guest will not be entitled to compensation for any unused portion of their paid stay.

  • If a guest causes any damage and refuses to settle the charges, legal action will be taken
