What amenities are included in the rental?

What is the check-in and check-out procedure?
✓ Check-in from 14:00 to 00:00
✓ Check-out until 10:00
If you’d like to request an early or late check-in or check-out, you can make a special request when you book.
Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed. If early or late check-in or check-out is essential to your travel plans, we recommend checking the cancellation options before you book.
What is the cancellation policy?
We have the following payment rules for reservations in our object. 30% is paid after making the reservation. The remaining 70% is payable 2 days before the end of the free cancellation period (30 days before arrival). After receiving the advance payment, you will receive a payment confirmation to your email. After paying the rest of the amount, you will receive a voucher by email. NOTIFICATION: If you cancel the reservation during the free cancellation period (30 days before arrival), we will return the advance payment to your account within 7 days.
How is the payment processed?
Please note that the full payment amount of the reservation is due before arrival, in accordance with cancellation policy You will receive a confirmation with detailed payment information. After the full payment is completed, the property’s details, including the address, contact number of host on site and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you via email.
Check-in contact to host on site will be in the attached PDF voucher under CONTACT PHONE (middle column on the page top).
Can I park there?
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and it is free of charge.
Child policies?
Children of any age are welcome.
Cot and extra bed policies
Cots and extra beds is available at this property (on demand).
Are there any additional costs?
Flat-rate tourist taxes:

No pets allowed
If you are using your electric pan or BBQ grill, please follow the instructions below.
It is forbidden to place your electric pan or grill on a surface not intended for this purpose.
Your electric pan or grill plate can only be placed on the iron grid in the fireplace.
Before placing the electric pan or grill, it is necessary to place the plate on the grid. The plate is located under the fireplace.
After use, clean the BBQ area, including the fireplace, tables and ashtray.
Sitting on the fireplace and fence is forbidden.
It is forbidden to dry towels and loundry in the BBQ area and on the bench.
It is forbidden to hang or dry towels and laundry at the BBQ area.
It is forbidden to dry or hang towels and laundry on the bench next to the BBQ area.
Please use the designated area behind the house. There is a rope available there with a total length of 10m. Thank you for following the rules.

In case of damage to the device (any), charger, or cable, a fee of 200€ will be applied.
If any damage occurs to the provided device, charger, or cable… the user is responsible for a repair or replacement cost of 200€. Please handle all equipment with care to avoid incurring this fee. This policy applies to all damages, whether accidental or due to negligence, and ensures that devices remain in proper working condition for all users.
