Sales policy

• Valid credit card required as your reservation guarantee.
• If you do not have a credit card, a guarantee prepayment of 1 overnight(s) per person in selected accommodation is required. Guarantee prepayment for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 7 day(s) prior to arrival.
• Guarantee prepayment for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 2 day(s) after making the reservation.
• Check-in time is after 14:00 on arrival day.
• Check-out time is before 10:00 on departure day.
• Late check-out may result in extra charge.
• Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to the Cancellation policy.
• Please do not hesitate to contact our reservation office at the following e-mail address: info@istria-punta.com any additional info. Istria Punta d.o.o. reserves the right to reject, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that the above contain or have resulted from a mistake or error.

Cancellation

• The reservation will be held by 24:00, on arrival date
• In case of no show, we will apply a cancellation fee of 1 overnight(s) in selected accommodation.
• In case of cancellation 5 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 1 overnight(s) in selected accommodation.

Other

• The reservation can be modified online no less than 5 day(s) prior to arrival.
• Tourist tax is not included in the price and is paid in cash upon arrival.

• If you have chosen PAY ON ARRIVAL, you will settle your obligations upon arrival.

• This reservation system is SECURED.
• Our server uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to transfer your personal data.
