Written Complaints
In accordance with Article 10 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača), guests and consumers have the right to submit a written complaint regarding our accommodation services.
Written complaints can be submitted by email or by post using the contact details below.

Written complaints may also be submitted at our registered premises by prior arrangement, as we do not maintain fixed public office hours. Please contact us in advance.
Information to Include
To help us review and resolve your complaint efficiently, we recommend providing:
- Your full name and contact information
- Your reservation number, if available
- Dates of your stay, if applicable
- A description of your complaint
- Any relevant supporting information or documentation
These details help us investigate your concern but do not limit your statutory right to submit a complaint.
Acknowledgement and Response
We will acknowledge receipt of your written complaint without delay, in writing.
We will provide a written response within 15 days of receiving your complaint, clearly stating whether we accept the complaint as justified, in accordance with Croatian consumer protection legislation.
Written complaints are handled professionally and fairly. Records of written complaints are retained for one year from receipt, in accordance with applicable Croatian law.

We aim to resolve all guest concerns directly, fairly and amicably.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, consumers may seek assistance from the competent consumer protection authorities or explore alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures, where applicable.
